Bulk Fuel Off Load (Receiving) Metering System
Comprises of:-
TCS – Total Controls Horizontal Bulk Air Eliminator Vessel with x 2 Air Eliminator Heads – TCS 40
Mesh Strainer – TCS 700-40SPA , 4” Flow Meter ( 151-1893 LPM , Viton Seals, Max. Pressure 10.5 Bar
) – Fitted with a Veeder-Root Mechanical 7887 Series Register and Zero Start Printer.
The System has 4” BSP Screwed inlet and outlet connections – there are 3 x Viton Seal Valves (White
handles) fitted before and after the Bulk Air Eliminator and one fitted after the flow meter.
There is a 1” vapour return line fitted with ball valves before and after the flow indicator – this line is
fixed and returns the vapour to a point after the flow meter.
The Complete assembly is mounted on a single heavy duty skid, allowing the unit to be dropped out
of the trailer, becoming a fixed static installation or left in the trailer, to be used as a mobile off load
system.
The complete assembly has been powder coated blue.
The Trailer is a Brian James CarGo Shifter, Gross Weight 1500 KG – Carry Capacity 1050KG – Internal
Bed Size 8’2 ft x 4’3ft – single axle braked ( 195/50 R13 5 Stud + Spare ) – x 2 Rear Prop Stands –
Trailer Hitch Lock – Heavy Duty Jockey Wheel with locking pin.- The trailer bed has been fitted with a
Aluminium protective floor- Drop Down Tailgate.
The system will require calibration prior to use – please contact us and we will be happy to arrange
for the calibration to be completed at a local Trading Standards Office, to whatever specification you
require ( Flow rates and Test Media ( Gas Oil , Kersosene, SBP11 ))
