The 5th year of CAPP Camp was held at Heavenly Waters Youth and Retreat Center in Wakefield, VA.
There were a total of 37 youth of incarcerated parents who came from Lincoln Park (Hampton,
VA), Dickerson Court, Harbor Homes, Ridley Circle and Autumn Lakes (Newport News, VA). CAPP is a ministry designed to stop the cycle of crime and incarceration of children who have one or both parents incarcerated. In total, 27 children out of 37 gave their lives to Christ in two sessions of camp. Eric “Rev. Duke” McCaskill, and Linda “Rev. Duchess” McCaskill are co-founders of Alpha & Omega Network of Ministries which sponsors CAPP.
