Weoperate,train,maintain,andsustaintheQRCsystems,alongwithanyassociatedsupportequipment,facilities,andenterprisebiometricsinfrastructurenecessarytosupportDoDTacticalBiometricSystems(TBS)andtacticalbiometriccollectioncapabilityworldwide,insuchareasasAfghanistan,Kuwait,Djibouti,Germany,Qatar,andKorea.Theseproducts/systemsinclude:

• BiometricAutomatedToolset–Army(BAT-A) • SecureElectronicEnrollmentKitII(SEEKII) • HandheldInteragencyIdentityDetectionEquipment(HIIDE) • BiometricIdentificationSystemforAccess(BISA)

ManTechprovidesdirectoperationaltechnicalsupportandenrollmentservicestotheWarfighterusingtheBAT,HIIDE,andSEEKsystemstoenrollthird-partynationals,localnationals,andcoalitionpartnersintoabiometricallyenabledsystem;toperformverificationoridentification(screening)oftheindividual;andtoissuecredentialsifrequired.

Operational and Field SupportManTechFieldServicesEngineers(FSE)areonthegroundwheretheyareneededprovidingafullrangeoffieldsupporttasks,suchas:

• Providingnetworksupportservices,databaseandsecurity administration,maintenance,hardware/softwareconfiguration, andintegrationandconnectivitytoassociatedlocalarea networks. • Maintainingdatabases,trackingandmonitoringdataflow, establishingandcoordinatingreplicationschema,upgradingserver software,monitoringandoptimizingnetworkperformance, developingandimplementingdatabasemonitoringtools,and assistingwithIAtoensurecompliance.

SEEK ll Inspection

Training and Help Desk/Data Center SupportManTechinstructorstrainWarfighterstouseunit-leveltacticalbiometricssystemsby:

• ProvidingmannedFSE/TrainersupportatCombatTraining Centers:NationalTrainingCenter,JointReadinessTraining Center,andJointMultinationalReadinessCenter.•Providingunitexercisesupport,usingbiometricsduring exercises,databasemanagement,equipmentsupport,and over-the-shouldertraining.•Conductingclassroomandhands-ontraining.•Developingtrainingmaterialsandproceduresfromthe“real world”Warfighterexperience.

Ournetworkengineersandhelpdesk/datacentertechniciansprovidehelpdesk,troubleshooting,andnetworkmanagementsupportforTBShardware/softwaretocustomersworldwide24x7x365.

Hardware/Software Development SustainmentManTechpersonnelplanandimplementthetransitionoflegacyBISAhardwareandsoftwaretoBAT-Av5.1insupportofthecontinuedneedforbase-accessoperationsinIraqatselectedDOSOSC-Ilocations.Ourengineersareresponsibleforimprovingthedata-replicationtechniquesdevelopedforBAT-Av5andenhancingtheBAT-Av5CommonAdjudicationWebsite.
