VLC Airport has custom Fire Engines that throw out a mixture of water and foam.

The trial involved:

• An AquaKLEAR J62

• An inverter 12 volts to AC

• Connected to the trucks 12 volt battery

• A custom resistor to stop the battery surges burning out the resistor.

IVECO truck has 80 mm pipe

12 v battery output surges to14.25 v – watch out!

Formal Trial

• Got them to agree to a minimal 275 euros to get our company up as a supplier.

• To prove the effectiveness, they dismantled part of the problem area.

• Took photos

• They cleaned it (not very well)

• Took more photos

• Then ran it with the J62 for 2 months.

• Run it with the J62 for 6 weeks.

• Dismantle it and make more photos.

• If the trial piece is still clean – ie in the same state or better - the test is passed.
