DED Salonga reminded the bidders of the eligibility documents, technical and financialcomponents required, including the forms, based on the Bidding Documents and 2016IRR of RA 9184, and that the deadline of the submission is at 9:00AM, and the opening ofbids is at lO:OOAM,on 12 March 2020~Thursday.

o DED Salonga also reminded the prospective bidders of Resolution No. 03-2018issued by the GPPB on 09 March 2018 on the conduct of the Pre-Bid Conference,particularly on the matter of encouraging the bidders to actively participate in theproceedings.

Engr. Bayate of the ICTS presented the TOR to the BAC and the bidders:o Upon Engr. Bayate's- manif-estation in relation toth.e service level agreement,

DED Salonga said that a Supplemental/Bid Bulletin may be issued regarding thematter if necessary

o The representative from Advance Solutions, Ine. raised the following queries towhich the TWG and the proponents responded to:

• On the Supplemental/Bid Bulletin previously issued, DED Salonga andDED Andres said that it shall no longer be valid, and that a newSupplemental/Bid Bulletin will be issued for the rebidding.

• On the I/O ports, the TWG and the proponents said that aSupplemental/Bid Bulletin shall be issued to reflect an updated technicalspecification on the I/O ports.

• On the specifications of the monitor of the desktop computer, thegraphics card of the notebook computer, and the lifetime of the battery,the proponents and the TWG requested the bidder to put their query intowriting for the BAC to discuss and decide on the matter.

o The representative from Tekzone Computer Sales and Services, Inc. raised thefollowing queries to which the TWG and the proponents responded to:

• On the number of I/O ports, Engr. Bayate said that nine (9) I/O portsshall be the minimum total of all different I/O ports of the CPU.

• On the deployment, the proponents confirmed that the equipment willbe deployed only in the HRep premises.

• On the internal speaker and the warranty of the battery or the UPS, theproponents and the TWG requested the bidder to put their query intowriting for the BAC to discuss and decide on the matter.

o The representative from Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. raised the followingqueries to which the TWG and the proponents responded to:

• On the scope of the installation, Engr. Bayate clarified that theinstallation refers to the physical installation of the various equipment inthe different offices, which shall also include the installation of thesoftware and testing.

• On the DVI port, Engr. Bayate said that other ports may be offered aslong as it is of a better- specification, requesting that the bidder put theirmanifestation into writing.

• On the number of I/O ports of the different desktops, the proponentsand the TWG requested the bidder to put their query into writing for theBAC to discuss and decide on the matter.

• On the alert system, Engr. Bayate clarified that it is a feature that wouldimmediately inform ICF& personnel that a desktop was tampered withupon maintenance check.

DED Salonga also reminded the bidders that all questions shall be put in writing on orbefore 02 March 2020, Monday, and the BAC shall reply on 05 March 2020, at least seven(7) days before the opening of bids.DED Salonga also reminded the bidders that the schedule of payment at the CashieringService is-from 8:00AM until 3:00PM only, Monday to Thursday, and the BAC Secretariatis open for queries from 8:00AM until 7:00PM.
