    BACKGROUND:

    Bharat Prajapati joined business managementprogram after comlpliting his engineering fromuniversity of Surat, but he left midway. He wasborn in a well established business family but he

    allways dreamt of strating his own venture.

    He like the concept of call centre training program ofa kolkata based parent franchiser at the

    franchisee exhibition in july 2007 in ahmedabad. The promoters got impressed by Mr. Bharat and

    granted him the license to start a unit franchiseein Surat on February 2008.

    Irrational expansion without considering their abilityto support franchise in providing quality placement.

    Non-standardised training program.

    Business schools, hotel management institutesstarted soft skill training program to improvecommunication skills. Thats why enrollement isgetting lower and lower.

    Master franchise. Franchisor was not been able to provide adequate
