How do I get a blog on my Office Live site that looks good, visitors can leave comments on and the search engines see?

I’ve heard blogs are a good way to

improve search engine rankings for

my Office Live website because

they add rich, relevant content,

but……

The search engines can’t see my

embedded Blogger blog, and visitors

can’t leave comments on my

Live Spaces blog…..
