We have, for many years, been verifying the energy efficiency of every home we build with an EnerGuide Energy Efficiency Evaluation Report and official label. It is conducted by an independent third party through the use of computer

The Ironwood tree is a native Muskoka deciduous treewhose wood is extremely hard. It was once used for toolhandles, bowls, and ox yokes. It grows well in full sun, or
in full shade; in full sun it will grow slowly up to 30 feet highand 30 feet wide. The oblong serrated leaves have two tooth
sizes. This tree produces both male and female flowers,and small chains of winged nuts. Deer graze on the
twigs, and grouse, quail, pheasants and small animals eat thenutlets. Ironwood trees are hosts to 4 species of butterflies.
