House that I will live

I think I will live in this kind of apartment in the picture.The apartment is about $1200 including 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and also there is gym and swimming pool available.And the renters insurance in TX is $10 per month.

Car that I will buy

I will buy a jeep car the new 2014 jeep, COMPASS it is costs $18,795 I will pay in 5 years that I need to pay $313.25 per month. I think I will use about 130 gallons per month, it will take me about $414.7 per month.

I will need about $600 to pay for water, gas, electric, and garbage service per month , SIM card $40 for each month and the Internet servers for $20 each months.
