The Pros of Workplace Technology

1) Information can be sent and received by the click of a button.

2) Technology has also enabled the business sector to overcome cultural, language, and geographical barriers, creating a globalized company for employees

3) Encourages innovation and increased productivity

4) Connected anywhere even if you may be home or on vacation

5) Permanent records are always available and accessible for employees to search or refer to.

Workplace Relationships• With businesses worldwide, business

relationships have to depend on technology

• While technology allows for constant and instant communication, it lacks in connection

• More challenging to get to know co-workers since interpersonal connection is missing
