Voice of the Client
Von: Peterson, Lisa A [mailto:lisa.peterson@honeywell.com] Gesendet: Dienstag, 26. Januar 2010 16:22An: Gurny, ChristianBetreff: RE: Engagement Review - C. Banu
Christian,
Sorry for the delay but we are very busy this month in ACS after the large number of deployments that went live the first of January.
I completed the review scores and agree with Cristina on most of her ratings. However I feel she under rated her self in 2 categories where I feel she is exceptional. In the first area she exceeded our expectations in Flexibility and Critical Thinking. Cristina is always available when we need her to travel and often works long hours remotely to support her team. She is 100% supportive at all times and will take on any challenge put forth by the team. During her latest deployment she developed completely new business processes/configuration for 2 very important gaps without support from our senior resources in sourcing. We were not aware of this critical requirement until she put forth her solution.
In the last area I also rated her client commitment and delivering work as exceptional. She is a committed part of the sourcing team and often takes on more work than expected. Not only is she the deployment lead for sourcing she often covers mass changes to data, business testing and training and data verification for the business. This year she went as far as correcting master data for other deployments that shared a buying relationship with ECC. As usual she was making sure her business deployment had every opportunity for success.
Please pass on my congratulations to Cristina on a job well done! We are very excited to have her with us in 2010 and look forward to working together again.
Thanks
