Launched in 2004, Bamboo Source Tropical Décor has established itself as a premier home décor, island jewelry and gift vendor.

Our Co-Founders were inspired by their passion for surfing and living the island lifestyle. EXISTING ACCOUNT AND REORDERS:

1. PREPAY CHECK Ship after check has cleared our account

2. CREDIT CARD VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DEBIT 3. NET 30 TERM a.) Submit a complete credit application or credit reference sheet with your

authorization to release credit information. b.) New applications may take up to 2 weeks for approval. c.) A valid credit card must be submitted and kept on file for Net 30 terms d.) A 1.5% per month late charge will be imposed on all past due invoices. No new orders will be shipped if the customer has outstanding invoices 60 days past due. e.) Customer will pay freight charges when order is shipped.

PRICE, MINIMUM ORDER AND HANDLING CHARGE:

All prices are FOB warehouse Oceanside, CA. 92056 and subject to change without notice. The Customer will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. $200.00 minimum opening order $100.00 minimum reorder

SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Customers pay actual shipping fees. In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 4 to 7 business days unless otherwise specified. All Custom orders will be completed and shipped in a timely manner or as specified.

DAMAGE, ERRORS AND SHORTAGES:

All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Should damage occur during shipment, please retain all parts, material and merchandise and call us immediately for instructions. We will make every effort to assist you in filing your damage claim with the carrier and with replacement merchandise.

RETURNS AND RESTOCKING CHARGE:

Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please write or call us for authorization. No returns after 15 days of invoice date. Refer to invoice number on all correspondences. We will not issue call tags for customer returned merchandise unless a special arrangement has been made. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Customers are responsible for the return freight charge.

BACK-ORDERS:

Any item out-of-stock at the time of your shipment may be back-ordered by request. Back-orders will be

shipped when available unless otherwise specified. Back-ordered merchandise under $50.00 will be cancelled.

RETURN CHECK CHARGE:

A $25.00 Service Charge will apply to all NSF and returned Checks.
