The AxxonNet cloud surveillance service is launched. AxxonSoft products ensure GDPR compliance. Deep learning video analytics are ex-tended to abandoned item detection.
Deep learning video analytics are applied for detecting people and vehicles. More than 10,000 IP devices are now integrated.
Deep learning offers a new approach to fire and smoke detection. Perfor-mance is improved with support for the H.265 codec and Intel Quick Sync hardware video decoding.
Intellect is the first software to incorporate ONVIF Profile G. The number of supported IP devices now exceeds 8,500.
New features include dewarping of fisheye camera images via GPU and GreenStream bandwidth optimization technology.
Axxon Next is launched as the NGP-based VMS with unlimited scalability. TimeCompressor technology provides convenient visual synopsis of events.
Forensic Search technologies are in-troduced for recorded video. Support is added for edge video analytics on IP devices to receive video detection events and metadata (scene descriptions).
AxxonSoft joins ONVIF as a contributing member. Auto Intellect starts recording traffic violations.
Axxon Smart IP is released as the first VMS version based on the NGP. Intellect supports H.264.
134 IP devices from various manufacturers are integrated.
New concepts in the Next Generation Platform (NGP) include Micro- Module architecture and a SolidStore filesystem.
Industry-specific solutions are intro-duced: POS Intellect, Auto Intellect, ATM Intellect, and Face Intellect (see page 5).
First ACFA integrations. Support is added for ten Axis IP cameras.
The Motion Wavelet proprietary codec paves the way for building large digital video surveillance systems. The concept of a universal security platform is implemented in Intellect.
Forensic Search
AxxonSoft is one of the pioneers in Forensic Search tech-nologies for recorded video among VMS vendors. Forensic Search tools greatly reduce the time you spend searching for incidents recorded in the video archive. All the user has to do is enter the parameters for an event of interest; for example, upload a photo of a person, enter a license plate number or the size and colour of an object, and AxxonSoft analytics will find all video recordings containing the previ-ously mentioned information in a matter of seconds.
Deep learning video analytics
Since 2016, AxxonSoft has been actively developing deep learning-based video analytical tools. In 2017, the company implemented a full cycle for training AI video analysis to meet the needs of a particular facility. ACFA Intellect is a comprehensive tool for accessing con-trol, fire and security alarms, and managing perimeter security systems using the Intellect PSIM platform. It sup-ports dozens of ACS, PSS and FSA systems.
Retail Intellect offers retailers protection and valuable intelligence by combining in-store surveillance, indus-try-specific video analytics, and transaction monitoring. Deep learning-based Sweethearting detection tool helps to prevent asset loss at the cash desk. Retailers can de-tect when the cashier acts in collusion with the buyer to fake scan merchandise / products.
ATM Intellect automates the monitoring of ATMs and pay-ment kiosks by integrating video and transaction data. The system tracks alerts and comes with the System Monitor-ing module for real-time asset protection.
The System Monitoring module receives and processes alarms from widely dispersed sites and monitors the con-dition of hardware and software, even in low-bandwidth areas. It can dramatically improve the operations of large, widely distributed systems.
Auto Intellect monitors highway traffic flows and records vehicles, containers and railway wagons via ANPR. It con-trols vehicle access to facilities, and keeps an eye on the road by recording traffic violations and collecting statistical data on traffic flows.
Face Intellect was developed for public places and impor-tant infrastructure sites for which access control is critical. The facial recognition software identifies people and also captures, records and retrieves faces that match a picture or facial composite.
