Position Overview
Assist in supporting the ICT Applications suite and provide quality customer service to the business
Responsibilities Include:
Assist in the provision of operational support for all ICT equipment
Maintain the availability, security, integrity, performance and enhancements of the ICT technology environment
Ensure assets are documented and managed within the appropriate systems
Ensure continuous improvement of ICT services, practices and processes in line with industry advances to ensure that the business remains competitive with the best in class ICT services
Complete reporting as requested by management covering such things as incident trending, call abandonment rates, performance and availability
Attend regular team and project meetings as requested by management
Support and promote the work of Life Without Barriers, maintaining a positive image of the organisation in accordance with level of position.
Comply with all Life Without Barriers policy, code of conduct, procedures and practices, external funding body requirements and legislation.
Apply and uphold principles of equity and anti-discrimination in the workplace and adhere to organisational and legislative Health, Safety and Environment requirements.

Skills and Attributes
In the penultimate or final year of a tertiary Information Technology qualification
High level analytical and troubleshooting skills
Proven communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus with an understanding of client expectations
Self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
Understanding of installation, configuration, and testing experience for hardware and software
Technical understanding of Microsoft products
Technical understanding of Windows Desktop and Server platforms
Ideal Degree/Discipline
Business, Commerce, law and other related disciplines
Remuneration
$25.76 plus Super
Eligibility Requirements
Final or penultimate year university students in their undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Australian citizens and permanent residents only
All positions within Life Without Barriers will be required to undergo probity checks including criminal record checks and working with children check (where relevant to the position)
