Attention, 5th grade parents! 3 immunizations are required for your child to attend school next year. The 6th grade shots are Hep A, Tdap and MCV4, which immunize for Hepatitis A, tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis and meningitis. On Aug. 20, 2018, students who do not have these vac-cinations will be sent home from school in accordance with Indiana law. To receive shots, contact your pediatrician or the health department.
