Through team building activities students learn more about their classmates and also themselves.

This leads to increased trust and stronger relationships. These relationships help to build a supportive community where people feel safe and valued.

Mountain BikingMountain Biking

The French Fort Cove has been an excellent venue for our students to experience the great adventures of mountain biking!

Mountain biking is gaining popularity in District 16. Two schools, Croft and MVHS, have purchased class sets of mountain bikes. More schools plan to acquire bikes for their programs.

There are 30 km of mountain bike

trails at FFC... And , it’s in our own backyard!
