InfrastructureInfrastructureInfrastructureInfrastructure

Arrowhead Center Capstone Project: Initial Development Idea

• Preliminary land use recommendations for 4 parcels at Arrowhead Center, Spanish Fork, UT based on results from feasibility, cost and risk assessment studies using the following initial “desired” usage for all 4 parcels as a starting point

1. Adult 55+ community

2. Mixed use commercial/professional facilities

• Drug store (i.e. Walgreen) instead of gas station

• Doctor/dental offices
