Reports submitted by Greenfield (MA) Police Department employees Todd M. Dodge & William Gordon and Franklin Sheriff's Office employees Jordan Lehtomaki, Christopher Newborugh, Brian Schindler & Leslie Troczynski of the Franklin County House of Corrections about their interaction with Pete Eyre & Ademo Freeman.Eyre and Freeman were arrested inside the Franklin County Jail lobby (a public space) because they wanted to film their interactions when bailing out a friend caged for a victimless action. The pair faced eight charges, including felony wiretapping.Over a year later all charges had been dropped or ruled "not guilty" by a jury.
