Printing instructions:

Check your printer is set to print in black and white

Check your printer settings are adjusted to “fit” or “shrink to fit” (or something

similar) to ensure the full page will be printed without missing the edges inshaAllah.

Assembly

You may find it easier to give the lapbook cover to the child to colour before you mark and

cut it to fit the opening of the lapbook folder.

Cut each letter strip as 1 piece and fold accordion style and stick into your lapbook folder.

You may like to ask your child to colour each letter with the same vowel the same colour

to help them remember each vowel sound.

For example, all the letters with Fatha perhaps in red, all the letters with kessrah in green

and all the letters with dummah in orange.
