Application method: AcuKote HVAF, spray-blast technology. Rotation of the vessel on rollers, Robotic traverse of the gun on internal beam. Cover sprayed in rotation (attached to the shell) with robot. Nozzles sprayed with manual traverse fixture.

Spray material: Pre-alloyed (gas atomized) Hastelloy C powder
