She alsoholds a Master of Arts in Counseling and a certificate in Alcoholism Studies from the College of New Jersey.
Barbara was drawn to acupuncture because of itsholistic body-mind-spirit approach to health andwellness. After more than three years— including3,000+ hours of training and clinical experience —she earned her Masters degree in acupunctureand opened her full-time private practice in 2001.
