VISION OF THE ORGANISATION:
VJMS and the SHGs share a vision of community of unified rural population, across Parochial
caste lines and the gender divide, with increased survival capacity in a rapidly changing
political economy, with food security, where children, especially the girl child, have a
Childhood, Education and secure future. To pursue economic & allied activities. Pursue animal
welfare activities & mobile van facilities and bio diversity, handicraft sector, this year we have
establish the VJMS Library. Our vision is to digitally literate all the Telangana with the help
DEF, CIRC AND VJMS. We want to bring awareness among the people about the Digital
skills and social media. We want to bring awareness among the rural and poor people about
the all Govt Schemes. Our vision is to improve skills of our young India. Our vision is to give
computer training to SHG’S Groups, Farmers, and Beedi workers.
MISSION OF THE ORGANISATION:
VJMS and the SHGs is committed to the unification and organisation of the rural women in
their struggle for freedom from social operations and the realization of a human identity,
dignity and citizen status. Our mission is to convert us community from slum area to Developed
area.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION:
➢ To develop the rural Telangana.
➢ Vjms and the SHG’s share a vision of community of unified rural population.
➢ By providing knowledge about the government schemes, digital literacy, providing
hostels for girls and children, providing literacy, digital literacy, skill development
training, technical training for SHG’s.
➢ Helps for the poor people economically and educationally.
➢ Helps to the youth by providing skill development training, technical empowerment
training.
➢ We helps to old people by providing “old age homes”.
➢ To prevent pollution we are organizing “bio-diversity programs.
➢ Women contribute as equal to all decisions and activities of their development.
➢ To stop sexual exploitation of women arising from petty credit needs.

Our Aims:
➢ Our main aim for the year 2015 is to adopt some villages in the state of Telangana bring
about digital literacy in all the families in those villages, conduct trainings and
workshops on internet and usage of social media.
➢ Bringing about this development of internet connectivity and internet literacy in the
most vulnerable of our rural areas can change the outlook of our rural life and create
wonders.
➢ This year our organization sanction from ministry of small & medium enterprises for
tread scheme.
➢ Our organization is looking for within 3 months our organization launching a new
project like super market, zari zardo zari work centre, Karchub making centre & fashion
designing, fabric painting & manufacturing for paper plate.
➢ The finally this organization achievement to all of our group members in SHG’s is
economically benefit with self-employment schemes.
➢ Vjms make awareness and encourage the people on all govt. Programmes and cultural
activities.
➢ Vjms conducting programmes for agriculture formers to giving right solution in
agriculture crafts.
➢ VJMS conducting awareness programme on social media to people, with at awareness
we can tell the people use of social media and its benefiters in the govt. And private
sectors.
➢ The overall goal of the organization is to build women SHG’s.
➢ Child labour is increasing day to day in our state, to eradicate child labour vjms
conducting awareness programmers and trying to solve the child labour problems.

MAIN GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION:
➢ Welcome to Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam (VJMS), were extremely happy to
announce that we have completed 22 wonderful years of journey in empowering
women, girl children and youth from vulnerable backgrounds. We have played a crucial
role in critical stages of their lives and in preparing them for employment, as we start
this New Year 2015 we are making plans for another year of working with vulnerable
families and empowering them. Our Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi stressed about
how social media can play a key role in several activities of our country, our objective
for the year 2017 is to adopt some villages in the State of Telangana; bring about digital
literacy in all the families in those villages, conduct trainings and workshops on Internet
and usage of social media. We hope to achieve this objective by the end of the year
2017 in as many villages as possible. Bringing about this development of internet
connectivity and internet literacy in the most vulnerable of our rural areas can change
the outlook of our rural life and create wonders.
➢ Please join hands with us in our ‘ADOPT A VILLAGE’ programme. With a rich
experience in conducting several programmes over the past 22 years successfully and
economically, we at Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam will ensure that your contributions
and donations are spent wisely to give free trainings and workshops to the most
vulnerable families of our villages.
➢ The overall goal of the organization is to build women SHG’s. This year our
organization sanction from Min. of Small & Medium Enterprises for Tread Scheme.
We established 30 new units are started so that economically benefit for SHGs
members. Our Organization is looking for within 3 months our organization launching
a new project like Zari Zardari Work Centre, Karchub Making Centre & Fashion
Designing, Fabric Painting & Manufacturing for Paper Plate. The finally this
organization achievement to all of our Group members in SHGs is economically benefit
with self-employment schemes.

➢ We are started the Tailoring training centre in Atthapur on in this program local
MLA, VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman are participated.
➢ In this program Nearly 380 Members are participated.

Computer Training centre:
➢ We are started a new computer training centre at chinthakunta on 25-08-2016.
➢ In this Programme Local School Head Master, Teachers, School Students, Local
Leaders, Community people are participated.
➢ In this programme nearly 440 members are participated.

➢ We are conducted exam for the students at our centre after completion of the course in
this Exam Nearly 112 members are Participated and all of them are passed the exam.
Mother’s Day Celebrations& Digital Tailoring, Tailoring, Computer
Training Centre Inauguration:
➢ We are celebrated “Mother’s Day” on 08-05-2016 in Srirangapuram Village, Pebbair
Mandal, Wanaparthy Block.
➢ On this Day we are started our computer training centre at Srirangapuram Village for
one month with that we are also started a Digital Tailoring centre also in that village.
➢ In this programme Primary School Head master, Z.P.H.S. Srirangapuram School Head
Master, Village Panchayat President, Vice President, Ex-President, Local Leaders,
VJMS Chief Foundry A.K. Khamar Rahman, Co-ordinate M.A. Nayeem, Trainer G.
Madhu Krishna, Digital Tailoring Trainer T. Santoshi, Community People, Our
Students are Participated.
➢ Through this centre Nearly 160 members in Computer, 60 members in Digital Tailoring
are Benefitted.

EDGE Class Opening:
➢ We are started EDGE course which stands for English and Digital for Girls Education
which for 13 to 21 years girls.
➢ In this training we are trained 50 girls in Computer, English and in Social Skills for
four months.
➢ This programme is launched in local Z.P.H.S Girls high to help the backward girls.
➢ In this programme school 8th and 9th class girls are participated.
➢ In this opening ceremony Girls high school Head master, Staff VJMS Chief
Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman, Co- Ordinator M.A.Nayeem, Trainer G.Madhu
Krishna and school students are Participated.
➢ Including with the EDGE training we are provided Basic computer training to other
girls who are not participated in EDGE.

Moulana Abul Kalam Azad:
➢ We are celebrated Moulana Abul Kalam Azad on 11 November 2016.
➢ In this programme JMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman, VJMS Co-Ordinator
M.A. Nayeem, Computer Trainer G.Madhu Krishna, Minority women, Street Children
are participated.
Blood Donation Camp:

➢ Chief Functionary attended the blood donation camp in Wanaparthy which is organised
by local MLA.

➢ VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman attended the Haritha Haram
programme which is conducted by local leaders in this programme local leaders
community people, youth are participated.

Bathukamma Celebration:
➢ We are organised Bathukamma sambaralu which is celebrated in Telangana in
Balijapally village in this programme VJMS Chief functionary A.K.Khamar Rahman,
VJMS Co-Ordinator M.A.Nayeem, local leaders village girls, women’s and youth are
participated.

World Yoga Day Celebrations & Computer Training centre Inauguration:
➢ We are celebrated World Yoga Day on 21 June 2016 in Chandapur Village.
➢ On this day we are Started our computer Training centre at Chandapur Village in this
programme Chandapur High School Head Master, School Staff, Co-Ordinator M.A.
Nayeem, Trainer G. Madhu Krishna, School Students are participated.

Swacch Bharat:
➢ We are organised Swachh Bharat programme so many times in our every centre
minimum per every month we should organise Swachh Bharath in different villages or
at our centre.
➢ We are organised Swachh Bharath in Balijapally Village at the end of our batch, in
Wanaparthy polytechnic college, at Wanaparthy Municipality, in Chikati cheetu
thanda, Peerla gutta Colony in Wanaparthy etc...,

World Telecom Day Celebrations:
➢ We are celebrated World Telecom Day in Srirangapuram Village at our
Computer Training Centre.
➢ In this programme we conducted a Quiz Competition, small indoor games to our
students.
➢ In that programme Co-Ordinator M.A. Nayeem, Trainer G. Madhu Krishna &
Our students are Participated.
Computer Trainings:
➢ We completed nearly 1238 members in 16 months.
➢ Through our centre nearly 3000 community members are benefitted.

➢ We gave Digital tailoring training to 400 members in two Districts, five villages. They
are Atthapur, Balijapally, Wanaparthy, Srirangapuram and Pebbair.
➢ Through our centre we helped to minorities and bring awareness about “Minority
finance corporation loans”, through this nearly 40 members established their own
business through this indirectly nearly 120 members get work.
➢ We told our community members about TREAD Scheme MSME, Mudra loans and we
helped them to get loan from bank nearly 120 members now nearly 20 members
established their own business.
Group Leaders Cluster Meetings:
➢ We are organise Group Leaders meeting every one month and Cluster Meetings every
three Months and General Body Meeting every Year.
➢ In this meeting we used to discuss about problems faced by the group leaders and how
to overcome the problems and how to develop the groups.
Skill Development and Vocational Training Programme:

➢ TREAD Scheme Skill Development Programme Conducted by Vanitha Jyothi Mahila
Sangam and Financial support by Ministry of MSME on June 2016 in Hyderabad,
Ranga Reddy, Wanaparthy districts.
➢ In this programme we given the training on Hand Embroidery, Paper Plate making, Surf
Making, Tailoring, Karchub Zardo zari, Maggam Work, Fabric Painting, Jems and
Jewelleries, Bits Making, Stone Bangles, Banjara Work, Wool Netting, Computer,
Pickles and Papad making, Agarbatti making, Perfume, Phenol, Detergent powder,
Masala Powder, Paper Plate Making, Food Processing.
➢ We give training and marketing support for the skills.
➢ We give the Bank loan support and encourage the women in skill development.
➢ We provided KVIC, SC, St, Minority, OBC, TREAD scheme Loans.

SHG’s Cluster Meeting and General awareness programmes:
➢ The Cluster Meeting is conducted in three various places at Vanitha Jyothi Mahila
Sangam Head office, Balapur, Ranga Reddy Dist., Wanaparthy Mahbubnagar Dist., and
Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad Dist. in July 2016 and November 2016.
➢ In this programme VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman, VJMS Co-
Ordinator, Trainees and Trainers are participated.
➢ They give speech on youth how to grow economically in their profession.
➢ They give various loans of state and Central Govt. and also guided SHG’s groups and
loans schemes.
➢ Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam Conducted cluster meeting and awareness generation
program on Economic Development Program and leadership Development.

Cultural Activities Programmes:
➢ Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam organised so many cultural programmes on social issues
this year we are organised cultural programmes on Digital Literacy, Social Impact,
Digital India, Skill India, Digi Dhan, Farmers Suicides, Farmer Development, SHG’s
Importance and role of them in society, Child Marriages, Chid Labour, Women
Empowerment, Legal Awareness, Superologist, Health Issues, Youth Empowerment,
Youth Awareness, Rural and Urban Empowerment, Haritha Haram, Swachh Bharath
etc.
Independent Day Celebration:
➢ Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam attend the Independent Day Celebrations on 15th Aug
2016 at Wanaparthy in Mahbubnagar Dist.
➢ In Independent Day Celebration participated all street children and our student’s
children’s and all political leaders.

Girl and Child Education Programme and Prevents of child Marriages:
➢ Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam Conducted Girl and child Education, Child Marriages
program on 28th December in Girls High School Wanaparthy.
➢ In this program we are discussed with the school students about social issues which are
faced by them in their life and how to overcome that problems.
➢ Our Guests Mrs. A.K. Khamar Rahman School Staff School Vice Head Master and
Students are Participated.

PNDT act Rural Awareness Programme:
➢ The PNDT Awareness Programmed is conducted in October in Wanaparthy Dist.
➢ In this program our Guests Mrs. A.K. Khamar Rahman, our Co-Ordinator M.A.
Nayeem, Computer Trainer G. Madhu Krishna, Girls High School Teachers, Students
are Participated.
Internal Learning Literacy Programme:
➢ The Literacy Programme is specially for women on 7th October in 2016 in
Wanaparthy, Hyderabad Dist.
➢ In this internal Learning Literacy Programme all group leaders promise at least they
learn the signs.
➢ We are conducted internal literacy program so many times for the educational growth
of women.

Rural Women Day Celebration:
➢ Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam conducted an “Rural women’s Day” Program
Celebration on 15th October 2012. By the president AK Khamar Rahman.
➢ Coverage to more than 3000 above women participated in programed at chamanpally
village, Karimnagar district.
➢ Attend to Dr. Tripurana Venkata Ratnam, Ex-social welfare advisory board chair
person and formal minister (chief guest).
➢ Special Guest PDDRDA and RDO MEPMAPD, ICDSPD and all district officers, and
chamanapally sarpanch.
➢ We have celebrated on 15th Oct 2013 all women’s day with minimum Strength of 800
women in each Wanaparthy Town in Mahbubnagar District.
➢ The Guest of the function is UCo Bank Assistant Manager Mr. Obulesh, Dr. Muralidhar
and Shankar Prasad were attend the function.
➢ We are Celebrating Rural Women’s Day Every Year.
General Meeting Programmes:

➢ Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam Conducted General Meeting on June 2016 in
Wanaparthy and Hyderabad.
➢ In this Meeting we discussed about General Issues like health, bring awareness on
social media to rural people and to backward area people and stared vocational training
in Karchub, Zari Zardo Zari and Surf Making, Child Marriages and on social issues.
➢ In this programme VJMS Chief functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman, VJMS Co-
Ordinator M.A. Nayeem and VJMS Staff Participated.
Social Media Awareness programme on Community Radio Programme:
➢ We are organized so many social media awareness programs in September, October
and November months.
➢ In this program we are focused on BPL People and Government school children we are
provided computer trainings also in some govt schools to bring awareness on Social
media.
➢ In this programs VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman, VJMS Co-Ordinator
M.A. Nayeem, Computer Trainer G. Madhu Krishna, VJMS staff and volunteers are
participated.
➢ In this program nearly 500 members are benefitted by computer trainings and
awareness programs.

Youth Awareness Programme on All Govt and Private sector jobs and
professional life:
➢ We are organised so many Youth Awareness programmes in Wanaparthy district in
December, January and February months.
➢ In these programmes we are bring awareness about the Govt and Private jobs to the
students who are don’t know about that.
➢ We are mainly organised camps at rural areas Govt Schools and at Backward classes
areas.
➢ In this programme we are organised camps at Sri Rangapur and surrounding village
schools, Girls High School Wanaparthy and other surrounding villages.
➢ Through these programmes nearly 1000 students and other people are benefitted.

Pulse Polio Programme:
➢ We are organized the pulse polio program in Wanaparthy at our Wanaparthy branch on
29-01-2017.
➢ In this program VJMS Chief Functionary A.K.Khamar Rahman, Co-Ordinator
M.A.Nayeem, Computer Trainer G.Madhu Krishna, Staff Ameena, Waheda,
Volunteers Vignesh, Awayz local Nurse are Participated after completion of polio we
are organized a awareness rally on Pulse polio with our staff, Schools Students and
Nurse.

Farmers Awareness Programme:
➢ We are organised so many farmer awareness programmes in November in this program.
➢ In these programmes our Guest VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman gave
wonderful speech about the farmers and on their problems and she told them how to
utilise government support to farmers and how to choose best seeds and what are the
advantages for the farmers by using social media.
➢ Through this program nearly 500 members are benefitted.

International Women’s Day Celebration:
➢ Women’s day Celebrated on 8th March 2015 in Wanaparthy.
➢ On this Celebration Special guest are Mr. Chinna Reddy, MLA of Wanaparthy, Mr. M.
Shankar Naik, MPP of Wanaparthy, Mr. B. Srinivas Goud, Ex. Marketing Committee
Chairman, Mr. Kiran Kumar, Advocate, Mr. Shakir Hussain, CI of Police, Mr.
Anadham, CDPO Wanaparthy, Dept. of ICDS., Mrs. P. Dhana Laxmi, Counsellors Mrs.
Pramilamma, Mrs. Vijaya Laxmi.
➢ In this program Chief guest Mrs. Shamina Shafiq, NCW Member, Smt. Dr. Tripurana
Venkatratnam, State Women Commission Person and A.K. Khamar Rahman, Chief
Functionary of Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam and others participated.
➢ The main aim of this program is “Independence and Development of women”.

Community Development & Awareness Generation Training Programmes:
➢ We are used to organise community development & awareness generation programmes
in every month once or twice.
➢ In this meeting we used to tell them about government schemes, use of social media &
importance of education, computer and we discuss about some social issues which are
faced by the community people like child education, child marriages, women
empowerment, anti arak (drinking) & child labour.

Youth Economic Development Training Programmes:
➢ We are organise Youth Economic Development Programmes in Various Villages near
Wanaparthy.
➢ In these Meeting we told youth to how to develop them Economically & Education
purpose.
➢ We help them to get Seats in collages, in getting Government schemes and Providing
Various Economical Trainings.
➢ Through these programmes in this academic year nearly 1000 members are benefitted.
Skill Development and Vocational training Programmes:
➢ We are organised skill development training for women VJMS (Vanitha Jyothi Mahila
Sangam).
➢ We are organised so many Skill development occasional Training on Tailoring, Digital
Tailoring, Zardo zari, Karchub, Surf making & Paper Plate Making.
➢ After completion of their we are provided them loan facility from bank to do their own
business.
➢ TREAD Scheme Skill Development Programme Conducted by Vanitha Jyothi Mahila

Economical Development Training:
➢ We are organised a Economical development program in Srirangapuram Village.
➢ In this Programme Local MLA Dr. G. Chinna Reddy participated as a chief Guest and
Local village president, Ex-President Rajendra Prasad, village ward members other
villages presidents are participated.
➢ This program is organised by VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman, Co-
Ordinator M.A. Nayeem and staff.
➢ In this program Our Chief Guest gave a valuable speech about economic development
and we distributed Computer Training Certificates to the our CIRC Wanaparthy
Students who are completed and qualified in the exam.
➢ In this program our guests, Chief Functionary, Staff, VJMS CIRC Wanaparthy Students, local

ADD THE INCOME TAX CLAUSE:
Proviso to that effect that no addition alternation amendment in the objects shall be made
without the prior approval of the Director of Income Tax(Exemptions) Hyd. Proviso with
regard to maintenance of accounts for the financial Year and compulsory audit of accounts
by a chartered Accountant. Proviso to that effect that in case of dissolution, the society
properties shall be transferred /handed over to a society having similar aims 7 objects &
also registered U/S 12A of the I.T. Act,1961. Provision to the effect that the investment of
funds of the society shall be made in accordance with the proviso of section 11(5) of the
I.T. Act, 1961.
