Annual PTO Dance
Music, Food, Fun & LOTS of Prizes!!!
The dance will be in the main gym –
NOT Pathway Church.
Prizes, concessions and photo backdrop will be in
commons.
DanceThe cost to attend the dance is $5.
Students will pay at the door.
Only students currently enrolled at GMS can attend the dance.
Dance will be from 7-8:30 PM.
A concessions will be provided throughout the evening with a variety of drinks, candy and snacks. All items
will sell for $1.
Dance PicturesIn the spirit of Valentine’s Day, a backdrop will be set up in the
commons along with some Valentine’s props. Students can
use their phones to take pictures with friends
throughout the evening!
Dance PrizesPTO has bundled 55 prizes ranging in value
from $25 - $200.
To be eligible to win, you must purchase raffle tickets.
There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets you can purchase…and no limit to
the number of times you can win!
Raffle tickets will be sold during lunch beginning Wednesday, February 13.
Raffle tickets will also be sold during the dance.
Raffle Tickets
You can purchase one raffle ticket for $1…or 6 for $5.
You do NOT have to attend the dance to win a prize. If your ticket is drawn and you are not present, you will get
your prize on the next school day.
You must write your full name(legibly)on every ticket you buy so
purchasing in advance is a good idea!

Students can try to win specific prizes based on interests! Put your raffle
tickets in the sacks for the different prizes. We will begin drawing winners
at 8:00 PM during the dance.
Check out some of the prizes now…and during lunch beginning Wednesday.

Again, in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, any
student who purchases $10 in
raffle tickets during lunch this week will receive a Valentine’s
Day lei to during school or at the
dance.
(Limit 1 per person.)

If your parents purchased gift cards for dance prizes, you will receive 15 free raffle tickets
per gift card. You will receive these Wednesday to pick the prizes you hope to
win!
NOTE: The Valentine’s Day leis are not included in the gift card donations – they are
for students who spend $10.

One more thing…
PTO has a Paypal account that accepts credit and debit cards.
This will be set up for use at the dance or your parents can use
the link on the GMS PTO website to make a payment online and
we will get your tickets.
We also accept cash and checks payable to GMS PTO.
