1. SHC VIRTUAL AGM 2020 St Hilda’s Church will be holding our Virtual AGM 2020 on 21 Jun at 1pm. Please refer to the insert attached for other important instructions of what ER members are requested to do for the AGM.

4. F.I.S.H (Faithful Intercessors of

GRADUAL OPENING OF CHURCHES

The government’s Multi-Ministry Task Force has announced on 19 May 2020 a phased resumption of activities with Phase One (“Safe Re-opening”) commencing on 2 June 2020. Under “Safe Home and Community”, places of worship may re-open gradually. Since congregational worship is not yet possible, SHC will continue to provide Sunday services on our YouTube channel bit.ly/shconline and the Podcast on our website - https://sthildas.org.sg/glory-to-god/podcasts/ Private Worship - up to 5pax from the same household may pray and worship together (without singing) in the church sanctuary for up to 45mins. Booking is required. You may book your time slot by calling the church office at 63443463. (Please see *schedule below)

A pastor will be available to guide you if you require assistance. *Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 9am and 10.30am (except Wednesday) Tuesday to Saturday, 2.30pm and 4pm (except Saturday)

Bulletin Announcement for 14 Jun 2020 Virtual AGM 2020 St Hilda’s Church will be holding our Virtual AGM 2020 on 21 Jun at 1pm. ER members who wish to observe the proceedings online may register at https://bit.ly/2C1Zw9p to obtain the login link to the Zoom AGM. Notice for the AGM was given on 24 May 2020. The Annual Report, accounts, budgets and proposed auditor, and nomination forms for elections have been sent by email or by post to all ER members on 31 May. A process of Questions and Answers (Q&A) by email/post has been conducted between 31 May and 11 June, with answers to substantive questions sent with all ER members on 13 Jun. Under the provisions of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, voting for resolutions and elections of the Parochial Church Council can only take place via proxy voting, where members authorize the Chairman of the AGM (the Vicar) to attend, speak and vote on their behalf in accordance to their instructions. The final correspondence package for AGM 2020 was sent to ER members on 13 Jun by email/post accordingly. It comprises a record of the Q&A that has been concluded, an Addendum to the Annual Reports and most importantly, the Proxy Voting Form. ER members are requested to complete and submit the Proxy Voting Form using one (1) of the following methods: (1) digitally filling and submitting the form via this link https://bit.ly/37mQKOK, (2) manually filling and emailing a scan/picture of every page to proxy@sthildas.org.sg, and (3) manually filling and posting the hardcopy form to 41 Ceylon Road, S.429630.
