We have meetings with Guide and Scout Leaders of several Guide and Scout Groups here in Ankara
Boran Guide and Scout group
Boran Guide and Scout group leaders made first meeting with their Guides and Scouts. Their Brownie and Cub scouts made their first activity too They played several games with cards of Kastamonu Forests ecosystem 1.19. LEVELS 1, 2, 3
Boran Guide and Scout Group also preparing their Summer camp at the Beginning of the July. They are sure to finish their badge work there. Three troops will participate
Baris Guide and Scout Group
Another briefing made with leaders of Baris Guide and Scout Group Ankara. They will start to activities next week in their troop meetings They will make the testing for three troops
Değisim Guide and Scout Groups
This is another troop from Ankara. They are interested too. Already made a fruit seed collection and planting them in plastic cups.

To Learn about Land ecosystems and main elements
Boran Guide and Scout Group Poyraz Brownies and
Cuds made a game of cards.
These cards were made of photos of flowers in
Kastamonu Forest ecosystem.
There are several other memory games which they can
play with these cards.
Next time in their summer camp they may play
caterpillar game for accomplishing the badge work
4.1 LEVEL 1
Make a collage showing examples of all three
components of biodiversity - genes, species
and ecosystems. Present your collage to your teacher,
leader or group and answer the
following questions. How do the different parts interact
with each other? Why is each
component important? What are some of the threats to
biodiversity around the world?
While playing Caterpillar game hey will be asked to find
a specimen on some of the questions
CATERPİLLER GAME
First we make a series of slides on chosen theme.
Post them on lines between trees. Mare a board game
board with a caterpillar with hear 38 part with lags and
the tail. Mark them 1-38.
Make 38 questions from posters ad wrote them on post its
with a question number. Post all Q cards on trees around.
Participants teamed to 2-5 guides ar scouts.
First team rolls a dice. Find the Q number. Moves his
token to that box and goes to search to find let me say Q
in 5.
If they know correct answer they roll the dice again.
If they don’t know the answer. They are asked to go and
find the answer on posted information
