VI.D. DURATION OF AGREEMENT

The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the Joint Craft Unions and SanFrancisco Unified School District for July 1, 2007 — June 30, 2010, shall be renewed for atwo year period commencing on July 1, 2010 and ending on June 30, 2012.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

All existing terms and conditions of employment contained in the current collectivebargaining agreement shall remain the same except where individual crafts unions maynegotiate and reach agreement with the District on specific provisions applicable only totheir unit that will be incorporated as an appendix to the common agreement for thatspecific union.

BARGAINING UNIT WORK

The District agrees that it will not assign work currently performed by specificrepresented classifications under this Agreement to other classifications in thisAgreement or to any other District employees in other bargaining units.

III.P. HEALTH BENEFIT CONTRIBUTION

For the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 school years, the District agrees to continue to pay theincreased costs of the employer’s portion of employee medical benefits. For 20 10-201 1this amount represents an approximate 8% increase over the amount the District

contributed to employee medical benefits in 2009-2010. The District estimates that atleast an equivalent increase will be required in the employer’s share of employee medicalbenefits for 2011-2012.

COMMUTER CHECKS

The District shall make available to bargaining unit members participation in theDistrict’s commuter check program as soon as administratively feasible.
