Importance of knowledge of the human anatomy in a post zombie

apocalyptic world.

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts, but you have to know

the parts.

To survive in a post zombie apocalyptic world, information on the

human body will important for you and your fellow survivors.

Why is gathering and learning this information important?

Firstly, your knowledge of human anatomy will be important for

your survival in the post zombie apocalyptic world for the simple

reason that you may be required to administer First Aid or even

perform surgery on yourself or a fellow survivor. As it is unlikely

that there will be any doctors let alone hospitals, others may

depend on you to remove an infected limb, treat a festering wound

or even deliver a child. Secondly, if you find yourself a member of a

band of survivors, you will be valued on your contribution to the

group. Your knowledge of biology, medicine, and the human body

will only increase your value in the eyes of others, especially if you

become old and unable to fight.

Research and gather information necessary to complete the

diagrams and instructions on the following pages of your journal.

Good luck and may you stay safe.
