Visionary Small And Medium Enterprises (VSME) - VSME is a programme under the VLFM umbrella, focused on Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. It aims to achieve a win-win relationship between customers and suppliers and also to improve manufacturing (quality, cost, delivery) of suppliers (Dedicated team of ANAND engineers has helped around 500 suppliers since 2009)
