All-Electric Stretch Blow Molding Machines

• Machine line-up includes wide-mouth jar, universal narrow neck for bottles up to 70mm and large format containers up to 23 liters in size

• Machine motions, including clamp and stretch-rod actuation, are servo motor controlled

• Clamp is compensated by the high-pressure blow air preventing mold blow

• Preforms are positively loaded onto the carriers by grippers and bottles are unloaded by a variable-height assembly so the takeaway conveyor needs no height adjustment
