UVaClubs Student Ambassadors→Be the Connection

• UVaClubs connect U.Va. alumni, current students, parents, families, prospective students, and friends all over the world by creating a global network

• UVaClubs exist in approximately 93 cities around the world

What is a UVaClub?

UVaClubs focus on five major areas:• Admission and new student outreach

• Athletic events

• Community service

• Cultural and educational programming

• Social and networking events

• Roughly 170 U.Va. students from across the globe

• We serve as student liaisons to UVaClubs all over the world

• We are supported by the University’s Office of Alumni and Parent Engagement and Annual Giving

Why Join?

• Attend mandatory training for new ambassadors• Help out with recruitment next year• Attend at least 3 external volunteer events

during the program• Ambassadors usually attend more than the

minimum requirement because they love it

Expectations

• APPLY TO BE AN AMBASSADOR!• Round 1: Online applications due on 9/19• Round 2 (9/25 - 9/26): Group interviews• Round 3 (10/2 - 10/3): Final Round Interviews
