PROJECT

Invitation Letter is not needed for trainees from

Latin America and post-soviet countries

(all visa issues better to check with hosting

entity)

It takes 1 week to make an Invitation Letter for

trainees from East Europe and India

It takes 6 weeks to prepare an Invitation Letter

for trainees from Asia, Africa, North America

and some countries from West Europe

Most of our trainees live in hosting family; they

are mostly non-AIESEC’cers, students

Also it is up to hosting entity to rent trainee’s

house, hostel or organize a dormitory

(every intern will be informed about it at least

1 week before arriving)

Every trainee has no more than 2 different host

families during internship and always separate

bed (except extra cases)

We align EP profiles, issues and time-line with

Sending entities to design customer experience

and make every process on time

Hosting Entities in Russia are running special

integration activities for interns such as project

dev. workshops, goal-setting, EP TL, LEAD

All trainees have an opportunity to attend

National Conference with Interns track in July

and in February (content includes LEAD,

collaboration, soft skills)
