• Means for setting University directions for teaching and learning

• Create avenues towards next technology• Work with D2L to build learn• Increase support for collaborations tools• Evolve technologies deployed in classes

3. Build IT foundations

• Work with stewards of data top provide• Improve data centers• Consider cloud use services• Provide local storage if need for things

such as dropbox/video/audio/etc.

4. Usability, delivery and support of IT

• Integrated help desks• Improve communications• Fix usability problems• Develop a usability resource• Provide software distribution online• IT staff development
