The Role

As an Activity Leader you are responsible for entertaining, guiding and leading groups of internationalstudentsthroughavarietyofactivities,whichyouwillbothleadandpartakeinonandoffsite.

Yourmissionwillbetoensurestudentshavetheexperienceoflifetimeandmemoriesthatlastforever.

You will be able to enthusiastically plan and implement a wide range of exciting activities. You will beconfident at leading sports activities, arts and crafts, quizzes and games as well as able to effectivelysuperviseandleadfunexcursiondays.

Individually youwill be confident, engaging and have experience ofworking/volunteeringwith children.ThiscouldbeworkingwithyourlocalScout/Guidegroup,coachingalocalsportsteamorvolunteeringwithvariousotherkid’sclubsorgroups.

Essential Requirements:

! Mustbeover18

! EnglishSpeaking(minimumB2)

! EligibletoliveandworkintheUK

! CompetentuserofIT,includingworkingknowledgeofExcelandtheabilitytouploadimagesontosocialmedia

! Abilitytobeflexibleandmakequickdecisionsinachangingenvironment

Desirable Requirements:

! Workingwithsingleandmixednationalitygroups

! CoachingQualification

! Previousexperienceofworkingwithteenagers

! SafeguardingAwareness

! FirstAid

There are day, evening and weekend sessions available, these will vary week to week as they aredependentonourstudentnumbers.Yourrotawillbepreparedinadvancebutflexibilityishighlyvalued.

Youwillberesponsibleforthewell-being,safetyandsecurityofstudentswhiletheyareunderyourcareandsupervision.
