Bank statement

Download the Bank Statement from your ICICI Bank Canada secure mailbox.

The Bank Statement serves as a proof of your Canadian address.

Updates from ICICI Bank Canada within 1-2 business days

We will verify your details and update you with one of the two scenarios below.

Note: You will not receive an email from Sterling if you have chosen to visit an ICICI

Bank Canada Branch.

Scenario 1: Discrepancy found

You will receive a notification at your personal email address inviting you to

check the ICICI Bank Canada secure mailbox for details on how to resolve

the discrepancy.

Scenario 2: No discrepancy found

You will receive an email from Sterling (onlineorders@sterlingts.com) at

your personal email address with further instructions.
