to care for their estranged father who has dementia.

The Absent Friends Film Series challenges us to talk about the often taboo topics of death, dying, and grief. The Hospice of Waterloo Region is collaborating with St. Jerome’s University to host a series of films, followed by small-group discussion led by special guests, that address issues of death, dying, and loss. The series hopes to inspire us to build a more compassionate community.
