Victor Diversified Services (VDS) was established in September 2015 under

Oman Commercial Registration No. 1270271 (Grade 1). VDS is also a

member of the Oman Chamber of Commerce. Our main objective is to

provide goods and services to Oman and neighboring countries at a lower

GENERL:

The InstaCup is manufactured in Ankara and distributed throughout Turkey and exported

to several European countries like Italy, the Netherlands, Cyprus, BAE and Russia. Typical

profit margins for sales below 10 million cups per month average 40% and for sales above

10 million cups per month average 60%.

Facts about the InstaCup:

The InstaCup is a revolutionary new consumable product which is uniquely different than

any other similar product currently in the market. Below is what makes the InstaCup so

unique:

- The paper used for the manufacture of the InstaCup was specially made not to

include any harmful chemicals and it is imported from a paper mill in South Carolina, USA.

The paper resists boiling water temperatures without sagging and it creates a unique

smell, unlike similar cups on the market that produces a paper odor. The paper is also

environmentally safe and totally biodegradable, unlike similar cups on the market that are

made of plastic or non-degradable materials/ingredients.

- The dyes used to the exterior of the InstaCup are all natural. No harmful chemicals

are used, unlike similar cups on the market that do use harmful and sometimes dyes

containing carcinogens, especially those made in China.

- The surgical gauze like filters used in the InstaCup are fused to the cups instead of

using harmful glues or chemicals and it is environmentally safe and totally biodegradable.

- The coffee and tea used for the InstaCup are unprocessed allowing the true favor

of the coffee and tea when desolved by boiling water. The coffee normally used for the

InstaCup is NesCafe Gold and the tea used is Turkish tea. However, you can also order the

InstaCup tea version with Earl Grey Black Tea, Green Tea with Mint, Green Tea with

Jasmine and, the coffee version with Arabica or Arabica with Cardamom.

- The InstaCup comes in a 6.8 oz size and has a shelf life of two years. Concerns

about mildew apply only to the coffee version of the InstaCup after non-use of periods of

one year. The tea version does not develop mildew.

- The InstaCup could be special ordered in a larger size cups but you would have to

pay 100% of the order upfront. You would also have to pay 100% of special orders

requiring a customized logo printed on the exterior of the cup, like for hotels, restaurants,

social clubs, etc. Normally, you would pay a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% balance

when the order is shipped.

- The wording on the exterior of each InstaCup and retail boxes can be printed in

English/Arabic or any other language.
