IMPACT Chairman, Mohd. Noor Amin said the scholarship from EC-Council supports IMPACT's
agenda to enable private and public sectors to collectively take a global leadership role in the interest
of their national cyber-security.
"IMPACT will make use of the scholarship award to provide grants to partner countries, especially
from the developing nations. The fund will enable interested parties, to attend briefings and courses
that will equip them with invaluable exposure and privileged sector insights on the latest trends,
potential threats and emerging technologies on cyber-security," Amin added.
According to Jay Bavisi, President of EC-Council, "Cyber threats today are no longer confined to the
security stature of the country but also affects the economic well-being of developing nations. EC-
Council strives to provide a platform for the attainment of knowledge regardless of certification
affiliation and aims to support national and global security measures on combating cyber-crime and
cyber terrorism," he explained.

a. Capacity Building:
To discover talents, methods and ideas; and provide a platform for
programmers to demonstrate their coding abilities; encouraging
development in the larger field of information security. Besides discovering
gifted programmers and cyber-defenders, Code-Uncode will inspire the
development of Information security professionals of the future.

To educate the Indian community on the issues of insecure coding and
programming and encourage further development of the field. Our aim is
that the competition will raise awareness towards increased education and
ethics in information security.
