The City of Williston, North Dakota intends to make application to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the transfer of the Sloulin Field International Airport (ISN) property, after the opening of the NEW Williston Basin International Airport (XWA). The response should be detailed to define unique qualifications, expertise, and background to coordinate the Value-Appraisal process of two (2) appraisal products, as required by FAA.
RFQ documents may be obtained from Anthony Dudas, Airport Director, by email at anthonyd@ci.williston.nd.us or by accessing the Airport website at http://www.xwaproject.com/doing_business/current.rfqs.php.
