Annual Survey
The Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral
Health Division, will be conducting their annual certifica-
tion review beginning at our Jackson locations on May
2nd and completing the process in Fremont County from
May 3rd through May 5th. In addition to maintaining ac-
creditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Re-
habilitation Facilities (CARF) Community Entry Services
must also be certified by the Wyoming Department of
Health in order to provide services. The review will be
comprehensive focusing upon many areas to include pol-
icy reviews, inspections of our facilities, records review
and many other areas to help CES in providing quality
services. Let’s make sure we show all the wonderful
things we are doing to support the persons served. Dur-
ing all times we expect staff to be friendly, welcoming
and accommodating to the requests made by the survey-
ors. If you have any questions about the certification
process please contact Shawn Griffin (307) 856-5576 x
225.
If you have a complaint or would like information about any service provided by Community Entry Services, please contact the administration office or any of the program directors in Riverton, Lander, Jackson, or Casper, Wyoming.
CES is a 501(c)(3), private not-for-profit

As an organization, we are dedicated to the welfare of our em-ployees and their dependents; however, we have to make every effort to control the cost of health insurance in order to continue providing the benefit. We will be increasing the premiums for individuals who use tobacco effective January 1st, 2017. We support tobacco cessation programs and any individual who is tobacco free for the 6 month peri-od prior to January 1st, 2017 will be considered a non-tobacco user. (In other words, an employee who stops using tobacco on July 1st, 2016 and continues to be tobacco free, will be a non-tobacco user on January 1st, 2017) For more information please refer to the letter rout-ed out through the paychecks.
