• Do not write very long paragraphs when you are creating a powerpoint presentation because they are difficult to read and do not look good on the screen. Besides, the information you give on a powerpoint presentation should be precise and to the point. You should not ramble on so that your audience gets bored!

• When you create lists:– Keep the list to three or four points– Do not add five or six points– Avoid making sub lists like this:
