When making a reservation with us, our sales consultants
will recommend solicitors from an approved list to assist with
proceeding your purchase as smoothly as possible. This is because
all the approved solicitors have familiarised themselves with the
development and our legal documentation and are therefore able
to ensure an exchange of contracts within our agreed time periods.
