School Rules and Procedures Punctuality

Pupils to be in school hall by 7:20am

Attire- Pupils are required to wear their school ties during assembly Mondays to Fridays.

- They are allowed to put on their PE attire the entire day for days they have PE & PAL lessons (including Mondays)

- Sports/Outdoor/Performing Arts-PE Attire- White shoes and socks at all times- No ankle socks

School Rules and Procedures

Name tags- Can be ordered from the General Office accompanied by payment- Advised to iron on and sew.

MC/Letter needed if your child is absent from school or needs to excused from PE- Inform teachers on pupils absence through

emails or leave a message with the GORefer to page 27 of the School Diary. If your child has a medical condition please obtaina medical letter from your doctor for submissionto school.

Ethics and Catechism Programmes @ St Stephen’s School

At St Stephen’s School, the Ethics Programme and Catechism Programme are offered as part of the school curriculum in support of the holistic development of our Stephenians.

Please note that pupil placement in the abovementioned programmes is according to the option selected by parents when the child was first enrolled in the school as indicated in the Individual Student Details(ISD) Form, unless advised otherwise by parents.

Please also note that if your child was admitted to our school under Phase 2B (Church Affiliation) it is compulsory for your son to attend catechism lessons.

Safety of Pupils

Please note the following:1)All pupils should only use rounded-edge scissors and keep them in the pencil case when not in use.

2)Parents should sign out for their child at the General Office if they need to take their child home during school hours.

3)Parents are not allowed to go to the canteen or classrooms at any time.

4)Please refer to page 24 of the pupils’ diary for matters pertaining to safety and security.
