Manufacturing Capabilities:CHM Industries Inc.: Keystone Poles Division

Statement of Production CapacityKeystone Industries, Division of CHM Industries, Inc.

By Diane Ginsburg, CEO/CFO – CHM Industries

Keystone Poles, a division of CHM Industries, and Bridgewell have experienced unprecedented growth over the past three years. We are very excited about our recently expanded capacity to meet future the future demand of Bridgewell’s customers. Speaking from experience, we know how quickly demand for product can exceed production capacity and currently have subsequent expansion plans laid out for additional growth in output.

Current Capacity is 30M-50M pounds per year

In 2015: Keystone’s Saginaw, Texas plant doubled production capacity

The range in production throughput depends heavily on the product mix ran through the plant.

o Larger towers with higher tonnage per unit boost plant capacity when measured by pounds whereas small, lighter wood pole equivalent towers take more time per pound of throughput.

To meet demand beyond 2015, CHM has established strategic partnerships in the greater Fort Worth area that permit Keystone to expand into a second operating facility.

Total Available Capacity = 60M Lbs – 100M Lbs/year

Production Capacity Doubles in 2015

A Division of CHM Industries, Inc. With an alliance with Bridgewell Resources for Sales
