Monosodium Glutamate (MG) is one o$ t%e *orld4s most *idel5 used $ood additives- &ts to!i"
e$$e"ts %ave 6een s%o*n in numerous animal studies, %o*ever in most o$ t%em, t%e met%od o$administration and t%e doses *ere not similar to %uman MG intake- &n t%is 'a'er *e revie*animal and %uman studies in *%i"% MG e$$e"ts on "entral nervous s5stem, adi'ose tissue and liver,
re'rodu"tive or7ans and ot%er s5stems %ave 6een s%o*n and *e dis"uss t%eir im'li"ations $or
