All American QualityEvery All American™ home is built to meet or exceed all state and local
building codes. These are the very same codes that apply to all conventional,
site-built homes. In addition, our homes undergo stringent inspections.
Several inspections are made in our plants as well as on-site.
Our homes are built in state-of-the-art construction facilities. We use
computerized saws for precision cuts. Jig systems ensure that our fl oors,
walls, and roof trusses are straight and true. We use expandable foam
adhesive to install ceiling drywall to the roof system. This method is stronger
than nails and screws and provides a much fl atter ceiling.
An All American Home is, in fact, a conventionally constructed home
built by craftsmen in a climate-controlled facility and then trucked to the
homeowners site for placement on a standard, permanent foundation. It
does not have a metal frame or wheels. It does not come with a title. It is
called a “modular” home and should never be confused with HUD code
manufactured homes often referred to as “trailers” or “double-wides”. There is
no difference between a modular home and a conventional stick-built home
when it comes to appraisals, lending institutions and insurance companies.
All American AdvantagesBecause our homes are “interior built” there is never a moisture problem.
Homes kept dry during construction have fewer nail “pops”, drywall cracks
or mold problems. Building inside, under controlled conditions, means
that an All American home never has a weather related delay which can
add to the cost of a new home quickly. Our homes are delivered to your
site, erected by an experienced, professional crew, usually in one day and
fi nished by your local builder often in three weeks or less.
All American WarrantyEvery All American home comes with a 10-year structural warranty.
Specifi c products such as windows, faucets, shingles and others may
carry additional and separate warranties from the manufacturer. See your
independent All American Homes builder for specifi c information on the
warranty program.
Important InformationWhile most models and fl oor plans are available in every state, this is
not always the case. Due to variances in building codes, transportation
laws and other factors, some models, fl oor plans, materials, and options
are not available in some areas. All available drawings are subject to
change without notice. Square footage fi gures are approximate. Photos,
drawings, and fl oor plans may include site-built options that are not
offered by All American Homes, but may be constructed on site by your
independent builder.
More plans are available on our websites at www.allamericanhomes.com, www.ameri-loghomes.com, www.mod-u-kraf.com.
* Eligible service men and women are entitled to purchase one new home. We reserve the right to append

accepted by All American Homes. Further, the participant acknowledges that the Builder you have chosen
to contract with is responsible for items including, but not limited to, site preparation, foundations, utility
hook-ups, and other items not included in the home module(s). All American Homes and your Builder are
independent businesses with no nancial or ownership relationship. YOUR BUILDER IS NOT AN AGENT,
