So I did just this.
Instead of simply pressing the Bar up(like I would usually
do)
This time...I made sure I really contracted my chest
hard,during the movement.

Sure they are...but what do you want out of it?

No problem.
Shove the Bar outside while pulling yourself up(instead
of just pulling yourself up)-This immediately puts the
Focus on those lats!
Almost like youre bending a bow.
So your lats grow...and you are able to fill out bigger

And just continue pressing!

the bench?

Now...were really tired!
Rest?No!
Why not do some dumbell flyes,get that chest looking
