OPERATIONAL SURVEILLANCE PROGRAMS
Today, American Special Operations Forces & Federal Agents are deployed
throughout the world in support of various types of missions for extended
periods of time. Foreign Intelligence Services (FIS) are active throughout
the world and Americans are the predominant target of these intelligence
operations.
Our enemies use surveillance in order to gain information and possibly target us for hostile
actions. Here in the United States, drug cartels, organized crime, FIS, and terrorist organizations
are actively gathering information on military bases, federal buildings, intelligence personnel,
war-fighters, and federal agents.
Gryphon Groups Operational Surveillance Programs are considered by
many military units and federal agencies as the best in the industry.
Our program is extremely resourced and conducted in very realistic
scenarios. Over the last 11 years, thousands of special operations
personnel & federal agents have attended Gryphon’s surveillance
training and utilized the results on real-world missions.
The Fundamentals of Conducting Surveillance Operations are analogous
to the game of Chess…It takes only 30 minutes to learn the rules & tactics
of Chess, but it takes a lifetime of playing against a thinking opponent to
master it!
All terminology, methods, & means utilized during the Program are common vernacular, open
source, and unclassified.
This program is 20% classroom & 80% hand-on exercises conducted in a
realistic dynamic environment with a large number of trained role-players to
replicate the “real world” problems encountered during surveillance missions
and surveillance detection operations.

OPERATIONAL MEDICINE PROGRAMS
Gryphon Groups Operational Medicine Programs are among the most
effective & realistic in the world. This is battlefield medicine that actually
works under combat conditions.
Today, combat casualty survival rate is 90.6% compared to 80.9% in World War II. This is due
to exhaustive efforts by the U.S. military to ensure that dedicated MEDEVAC platforms with
trained medical personnel are available in the event of a casualty.
Typically, air ambulances lift wounded soldiers to a hospital setting in less than an hour after
being wounded. As battlefields and areas of operation grow and shrink units will find that they
are no longer within range for immediate medical evacuation. This is especially true for special
operations forces and military intelligence units.
Preparing for operations in a resource-depleted and/or Extended Evacuation Environment must
become a part of every training exercise as units push forward into an ever-evolving battlefield.
Call us today to request a detailed description of the following primary programs:
• SOF Long Range Casualty Evacuation Program - Course #LRCE-0201
• Safe House Medicine Program - Course #SHM-0301
• SOF Telemedicine Program - Course #SOFT-0401
• Tactical Combat Casualty Care Certification - Course #TCCC-0101

Enforcement Officer’s Operational Canines receive the same quality

world combat operations and special operations missions

OPERATIONAL WEAPONS PROGRAMS
Gryphon Group’s Operational Weapons Programs are entirely focused on
combat effectiveness in battlefield conditions. Over the last 18 years, more
than 26,000 special operations personnel, war-fighters, & federal agents have
attended Gryphon’s weapon’s training.
Every American War-Fighter, Special Operations Operator, or
Federal Agent working overseas today should have a working
knowledge of foreign weapons because there is a great likelihood
that you will face these weapons or will have the opportunity to
use them to save your life or your teammate’s.
Modern-day ground-commanders must have
an understanding, not only of the capabilities
of their own weapons, but also the
capabilities of their enemy’s weapons. By
understanding both sides of the battlefield,
troops are able to anticipate the tactics they
will likely face.
And in the worst-case scenarios such as
running out of ammunition, would your
operators know how to pick-up these
weapons from a fallen enemy and use them
to save themselves and fight on to victory?

PRE-MISSION REHEARSAL PROGRAM
Gryphon’s Pre-Mission Rehearsal Program can replicate the 3-Dimensional
Threat Environment of any mission-set & mission-environment.
Gryphon has deep experience providing scenario training and “full-mission profile” services to
special operations Units & federal agencies for over 18 years.
From a 12-person team to a 100-person company, we work closely with the Unit to create a
realistic mission-scenario (from Infil to Exfil) that reflects the specific types of challenges they
will face in their up-coming mission. Then, we choreograph the scenario, fill it with villages,
buildings, hospitals, vehicles, dozens of role players, KLE’s, sources, enemy forces, weapons,
rivers, lakes, airfields, drop zones, foreign language role players, medical role players,
surveillance role players, drones, combat cameraman and foreign clothing & props.
This approach to pre-mission training is battle tested and combat proven. 3-Dimensional
Threat Awareness illustrates that there are three categories of threats that individuals will face
in everyday life. The three categories are, The Enemy, The Environment, and the individuals
own Psychological Stress.
By immersing the Operator is a
realistic, dynamic, fluid, chaotic,
unpredictable environment where
there is a pain consequence for poor
decisions, Gryphon’s Pre-Mission
Full-Mission Profiles can help the
Unit uncover points of vulnerability
and increase the possibility of
mission-success.

Serving America’s Heroes for Over 18 Years…
GRYPHON GROUP’S MISSION:
Gryphon’s only mission is to help to save the lives of our nation’s heroes
and to help them defeat our nation's enemies--both foreign & domestic.
Because the product we sell can mean the difference between life & death of America’s
War-Fighters, our aspirations must be consistent with the highest standards we can achieve
and be coupled to the ideals of patriotism and self-less service to our nation.
The motto under Gryphon's crest is
"Murum Aries Attigit"
(The Ram has Touched the Wall!), which comes
from Julius Caesar's first-hand account of the
Gallic Wars, Commentaries on the Gallic War.
It refers to the roman army concept of not allowing any mercy or
surrender to the occupants of a fortification once the battering
ram begins the assault on the city walls.
In other words, “total commitment” where failure is not an
option!
As a company of patriots, we have one rule: Say what you mean,
mean what you say…and, work hard for our nation’s guardians of freedom, regardless
of who is or isn't watching!
The men & women of Gryphon Group are totally committed to our mission. We are
determined to bring a new standard of excellence to our industry with cutting-edge approaches
to increasing survivability & effectiveness of the American Warfighters we train.
Above all, we expect to be a credit to the communities we
serve, a valuable resource to our nation, and a place where
our Cadre members can grow and prosper while being
guided by a strong moral & ethical compass.
