Using the eMCP Demo
The eMCP demo allows three surveys, one for a traction, a hydro, and an escalator.
Once the survey is complete, it will generate the maintenance records that can have the user input maintenance completion.
It also allows Callbacks, Repairs, Replacements, and Alterations to be entered.
Finally, as maintenance is entered, a simulation of a web portal displays the time and percentage of tasks complete.
This demo is designed to provide a complete view of the eMCP managed maintenance system.

Using the eMCP Demo
The code requires that consideration of Condition, Age, Usage, Quality, Environment, and other considerations be determined to define the intervals of maintenance.
eMCP uses a patent pending algorithm to calculate the intervals based an a matrix of selections of these metrics.
The next slides show these dropdown selections, noting that the definition of these choices can be seen when touching the Information icon.

Once the selection is made, it is printed in the field.
If you want to make another choice, touch the field and change the defined choice.
Changes to any of the inputs can be made up until the MCP is generated; after that, the survey is not modifiable.

Using the eMCP Demo
The eMCP maintenance screen allows the tasks to be printed on the screen to assure the task is defined.
These tasks for common components are simple common terms, these can be changes dynamically.
Where there are Special or Unique components, these are added when there is a selection on the survey.
Surveyors will undoubtedly make many requests for additional survey questions, eMCP can dynamically be changed after full review by eMCP.

eMCP then takes the completion data, it goes to eMCP servers and the data is recorded permanently.
When touching a maintenance cell and confirming, these actions are not reversible in the system. Requests to change this information must be sent to eMCP.
The completion is then tallied against the total number of tasks for calculating incomplete maintenance.

© 2017 eMCP LLC
Using the eMCP Demo
eMCP requires verbose recording of Callbacks, no representative codes.
The callback is recorded by the user as well as the corrective action taken.
Where owners have a numbering system, there is a field to record their reference number.
There is a required button to identify if the call is an entrapment.
The user can type or dictate into the smart device and there is no limit on the number of characters.
A picture can be taken as desired, becoming a permanent record.

Using the eMCP Web portal
eMCP provides a web portal for every customer.
The customer is the owner, the consultant or the contractor, whoever is invoiced by eMCP.
The web portal is protected by a login name and password.
AHJ’s have traditionally been provided with access by the customer to comply with the availability of records required by Code.
These credentials are provided to eMCP by the customer and we administrate access.
Maintenance personnel access is administered by customers.

The eMCP demo is intended to provide a working simulation of the actual eMCP system of managed maintenance.
The examples from the Ohio State University are real, they have been using eMCP since February 2016.
They have experienced a reduction of callbacks that is predictable when maintenance is managed.
