Yes. There will be a sign at Rocking Chair for runners to drop a bag. This will be your own bag
that we will bring to Panther Bay Park Pavilion (25K turn around and 50K check point). Leave
your bag at your own risk and take measures to make it stand out from the rest. Bags will be
brought back to Rocking Chair when the last runner comes through. We do not know what time
we will bring them all back to rocking chair and we do not take responsibility for the safety of
the contents. Do not leave anything with great value in your bag.

ON THE COURSE:
Is this the same course as last year?
Sort of. The 7K course is the same but given that the weather is much better and in our favor
this year, the entire trail is open and will go well beyond the limits from 2016!
Is there a time limit?
We have a 9 hr. time limit.
Are earphones / music permitted?
We do not prohibit earphones, but please take into consideration that there are other people
around you and you can’t very well hear “on your left” if you’re rocking out. Please be
considerate.
Are strollers permitted?
We prefer not. There are a lot of runners out there and parts of the course are single-tack.
Please be considerate.
How will aid stations be spaced?
Approx. every 3-5 miles.
What will aid stations provide?
Not every aid station is created equal. All will hydrate you and have at least a little something to
