2012-2013 CHAPTER YEAR

This booklet contains the name, number & address of each Chapter &

Lodge in Oregon. The Lodge telephone numbers and physical locations

are also included. The name and address of the Senior Regent and

Recorder for each Chapter is provided.

A listing of Past Deputy Grand Regents, the year, theme and Past State

Presidents for their respective year is included for your convenience. On

the state level, tech. trainer, analyst and chairman information is available.

Do not hesitate to contact them if you need assistance or information.

Two copies are provided for each Chapter. One copy is for the

Recorder for Chapter use during the year. The Senior Regent will receive

the second copy, which will be useful in preparing for Green Cap Chapter

night, while she is serving as Junior Graduate Regent. Please make the

directory available to Chapter members who may need any of the contact

information.

Should there be an error or change during the year, please note them

and notify the Deputy Grand Regent as soon as possible.

Our theme this year, “Heard if Moose,” will give us

an opportunity to ‘spread the word’ about our Fraternity.

Remember, you can sponsor candidates in other Chapters for your

sponsor records; however, this does not meet the qualifications for

personal honors of sponsoring two member into your Chapter. Increasing

our membership helps to guarantee our continuing support for Moose-

heart, Moosehaven and our communities, Let’s work together to assure

all Oregon’s Chapters earn the Award of Achievement and those striving

for personal honors meet their goals.
